- **Application Sprint** — $120,000 / 6–8 weeks. A focused build sprint to ship a production-ready Palantir app. Deliverable: an operational system.
- **À la carte** — $1,350/day (FDE), $900/day (Business Analyst). Resource-days with a minimum commitment.
